At CFO Capital, Jeff is responsible for analyzing and underwriting various real estate transactions. Jeff is a seasoned underwriter across all major asset classes — from hospitality and purpose-built rentals to industrial, mixed-use, retail, office, and agriculture.
Prior to joining CFO, Jeff spent 10 years in the Canadian Credit Union system in a number of Commercial Banking roles, including underwriting, credit, and portfolio management.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Ontario Tech University, where he specialized in Accounting.
